The Official DCUO Twitter posted the image above with the saying:
"Have a seat. Tell me how it will begin."

The place the picture is taken at is the Oblivion Bar, which you can enter while doing the Wonder Woman Mentor mission or the Artifact mission. But now, it seems more updated and that it will take place in the next episode. The book suggest a crime bible story, and it might even be a Justice league Dark story.
