[Gazette Headline] EG7 Acquiring Daybreak and what it means for DCUO?

So as all of you have probably heard already, EG7 (Enad Global 7) has acquired Daybreak games. As far as we were told, this won't have any impact on DCUO, their plans or their team. Here is a screenshot of the Official Senior Producer Panderus Letter posted on the forums:
According to EG7, They do have some plans for DCUO. “modernize visuals, upgrade key game systems and add brand new large content update to capitalize on the nextgen consoles growth cycle for significant growth opportunity.” We don't know or have any confirmation from the team yet, but this does sound exciting and promising.

To conclude this, we don't want to raise anyone's hopes up- because nothing is confirmed or promised regards DCUO. And the official word is "Next to no Impact on DCUO". Of course things could change, EG7 might step in and support the game, and we will see how things goes from here.
