[News] Universal Messaging System!

Last Friday DCUO announced a new system called "Universal Messaging System".
This will include messages that will pop on your screen, and will teach you how to block,
how to use your powers, and will let you know about events that are running currently.
Zoe went on test server to get you some screenshots:

Together with this, seems like a Gotham City Starter pack will be added to Market Place:

*Please note, even though the image is on test server, it haven't been confirmed by the developers, and we don't have much info about it. Stay tuned! The new system should help new players learn about the game, and stay informed.
