BOP - How to get the Volcano Base theme?

Birds of prey launched today, 16/04/2020. A surprise feat launched with it:
This feat requires you to wait 20-30 minutes in the solo to get the base theme After you beat Lobo. Once you acquire it, it will give you the feat.
