Stabilizers are the keys to open the Time Capsules. You can get them Through The Stabilizers event for free. It started with Suicide Squad, Continued with Star Labs Now It's World War II Basic Training. You only need 1 Stabilizer to open a box. You can also buy Stabilizer from market place with daybreak cash. Members Have 10% discount. So Instead of paying 100 daybreak cash you pay 90. (If you buy Stabilizer) You can buy 20 Stabilizers for 1710 Daybreak cash. With 10% only 1700.



Rewards:

Members: 6 Stabilizer Fragments

Non-Members with premium Gift Benefits: 4 Stabilizer Fragments

Non-Members: 3 Stabilizer Fragments

Rewards and Loot Locks are shared by all Characters on the Account.

You need to farm 15 Stabilizer Fragments so they can fuse into one key.

Resurgence Mega Capsules are a big Capsule that includes the following items:


We usually get those after several launches of time capsules. Most of the time,
they include other time capsules (One of each). To open them, you need 7 Stabilizers. You have 14 days to open a Mega capsule before it disappears. You can also buy one from the Market Place for 630 Daybreak Cash. 

the previous one included powerset auras, powerset Materials, and the latest were Accessories. The mega Capsule is account bound and cannot be trade to other players, but it can be sold on a vendor.  You can get different versions of the Powerset Auras on the quarks vendor. But the full versions are no longer in the game.


The Infinite time capsule was made as a prank by the developers for April 1st.
Once it drops and you equip it, you can open it as much as you like. You will
earn a feat with the title "Almost Infinite" for opening it.
