DCUO's Lex Luthor!

Lex Luthor was created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, and first appeared in Action Comics No. 23 (April 1940).
The mastermind, and Superman's most terrifying arch-enemy. In DCUO, he is voiced by James Marsters.
He appears in various content, such as:
1. He is a mentor for villains and guides them through the communicators.
2. He appears in the Communictor for heroes while helping meta humans who escaped the meta hospital.
3. He is a playable legends for LPvE\LPvP.
4. A variant version of Lex Luthor, Alexander Luthor of Earth 3, appears in Earth 3 Episode.
5. Luthor also appears in Earth 3 content and he needs to be saved.
6. Heroes will fight Lex Luthor in S.T.A.R Labs Research Facility.
7. Villains will fight alongside Lex to defeat Superman in S.T.A.R Labs Research Facility.
8. Lex is a Ally for heroes in FoS: The Chasm, FoS: Powercore and FoS: Sunstone Matrix.
9. Lex is the second boss for heroes Kandor Central tower.
10. In Deluge, Mind Controlled Lex appears in the Science Spire version of the Deluge Duo.
11. Heroes in the final mentor mission will fight Lex in the Hall of Doom to free Superman.
12. He is the main villain of Birds of Prey episode, and appears both in the alert and raid.
13. He was remodeled in the Birds of Prey episode.
14. Lex Luthor is an ally in Darkseid's war factory raid.
15. There is a pre-made template in character creation for Luthor.
16. Luthor helps the villain escape Brainiac's ship after character creation.
17. The Council of Luthor appears in Origin Crisis content, which are different versions of Luthor (But still evil).
18. In Brothers in Arms alert, you fight Luthor and brainwashed Superman.
19. Luthor appears in the Hall of Doom, and villains can talk to him when they complete his mentor mission.
20. Lex Luthor has a hologram in the Legion of Doom, Episode 42 open world.
